Event Details

Lead Based Paint (LBP) Regulations Overview is designed for those who are administering HCR-funded housing rehabilitation activities.  Requirements that apply to housing unit rehabilitation will be covered, including:

·         assessment of LBP hazards

·         disclosure to owners and occupants

·         worker training requirements

·         work standards

·         clearance

·         record keeping 

Sample forms for record keeping and other guidance materials will be provided.

 

The presenter, Monte Franke is an expert in the Federal LBP rules and has worked for HUD and numerous states, including New York, in the implementation of LBP standards and programs for

many years.
